Openet on Monday announced that it has forged a partnership with Salesforce focused on
reducing the customer care costs while enriching the customers’ experience. It has launched the Openet Real-Time Care Insight on Salesforce’s AppExchange to assist service providers in lowering the cost of managing customer queries.

Openet is bridging the gap between the Salesforce Service Cloud RM and its associated network business support systems (BSS) to enable real-time access to customer usage information through the Salesforce CRM.

Through the Salesforce CRM software, Openet will allow the customer service agents to have a view of the real-time service usage to more accurately resolve billing queries.
