The subsidiary of Omnicom Group, Omnicom Media Group (OMG) announced the acquisition of performance marketing agency, Jump 450 Media. Jump 450 capitalizes on rapid creative testing, robust data analytics, and algorithmic scaling strategies to optimize digital media expenditures as well as drive customer acquisition for high-growth and enterprise clients.

OMG wants Jump 450 to lay the groundwork for a dedicated performance media platform and business operation. The leadership of Jump 450 will continue to lead its current management team. The company’s emphasis on e-commerce media and pure performance marking will add a set of capabilities to OMG’s existing performance media offerings.
