According to a press release, Omnicom Group is introducing Transact, a practice devoted to connected-commerce consulting and online retail services, to bolster its e-commerce division.

The new service, a division of Omni Commerce, offers clients a full view of the marketing pipeline through the use of retail media and analytics tools, catalog management, content optimization, account management, and operations services.

The division also makes use of recent alliances Omnicom has formed with businesses like Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, and Walmart. Its debut coincides with agencies’ efforts to pique clients’ interest in the booming retail media market.
