The e-commerce platform provider, Nexcess, has recently announced that it is partnering with Recapture, the email marketing firm, to improve the digital commerce experience. With this initiative, e-commerce merchants can automatically respond to the customers who abandon their carts. This is to be done in a personalized way to capture high cart rates.

Both parties are expecting that this solution will boost the digital customer lifetime value – which is crucial in these trying times.
