Insight- based customer engagement provider Mapp has announced latest updates of the Mapp Cloud platform. Seventeen new functionalities and optimizations are a part of the summer update package.

The organization has said that the latest functions will boost cross-channel marketing, customer intelligence, and marketing analytics. One of the major update includes special focus on easing the mobile marketing process. They intend to develop better network between the third party systems and individual Mapp modules.

Location-based targeting is part of the updates as well. This feature allows relevant push messages which streamlines the marketing measures. It is a part of the cross-channel marketing measure which boosts targeted customer activation based on location.
