According to a new Insider report, many of Musk’s equity partners, who agreed to back Musk’s initial US$ 44 billion offer for the company, are now seeking to exit the deal rather than pay their portion of the deal price.

Musk is now considering the possibility of paying too much for a business whose value he has essentially destroyed. The market capitalization of Twitter is currently US$ 38.52 billion, but some analysts believe it to be as low as US$ 10–US$ 12 billion.

Regarding the platform’s bot issues, staff and board issues, security flaws, and many other issues, Musk has made or emphasized important claims.
