MNTN acquires QuickFrame in hopes of streamlining CTV ad production

MNTN marketing software platform has acquired the video creation platform QuickFrame, according to the announcement. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Now called QuickFrame by MNTN, this service helps companies direct the process of creating video assets and make them work on TV as part of the MNTN “create-as-subscription” model that looks to integrate art development and media purchases.

Discovery enhances MNTN’s offer of a self-help platform that looks to make connected TV (CTV) campaigns as easy as search or social media. The agreement comes less than a year after the acquisition of the company Maximum Effort Marketing, an agency founded by George Dewey and actor Ryan Reynolds.
