New live chat support features have been added by Meta for English-speaking creators in the US. The program provides direct information and support from the Meta team, however not all brands can currently access it.
The initiative, dubbed “The Meta Pro Team,” is a development of the Facebook Marketing Experts program and provides free live support for Facebook and Instagram marketers to help them with account-related technical concerns, improve the performance of their in-app ads, and more.
The Meta Pro Team offers assistance to small businesses to boost the effectiveness of their online advertising, from top-of-the-marketing-funnel goals to direct response goals, according to Meta.
