Meta Launches New Rights Manager Mini-Site to Aid Brands in Identifying and Addressing IP Violations

Meta has launched a new, dedicated Rights Manager mini-site, which includes a complete overview of Meta’s rights management systems, as well as explainers on how to use its tools, in an effort to provide more assistance for businesses looking to ensure their intellectual copyright is not being exploited within its apps.

The website has a ton of overviews and links that cover every facet of Meta’s developing rights management systems. It also features endorsements from companies that have benefited from its resources. Brands can upload images of their licensed products using Meta’s Brand Rights Manager tool, which is the site’s primary functional component.

Meta’s systems can then use these images as a point of comparison to find similar matches, highlighting potential usage violations in Page posts, Marketplace listings, etc.
