Meta announces a Live Chat feature

Meta social media giant has announced live chat feature for users locked out of their Facebook accounts. The update is currently in its testing phase and is currently only available in the United States.

This update marks the first time Facebook offers live support for locked accounts. Until now, Facebook users had no ability to contact the support team and find out why their accounts were suspended. This new feature, however, will open a live ‘Facebook Support’ dialog box, where users can talk to the customer support officer.

This feature is also aimed at small content creators who do not have an assigned relationship manager or agent, which helps them to easily connect with Facebook. With a new dedicated site that supports creators, users can now chat with a live agent for help on a variety of issues such as payment status queries about new features such as Reels.
