MessageGears has recently announced the launch of its new tool Segment – which will authorize marketers to generate dynamic audiences. It is a subset of MessageGears’s customer marketing platform. The segment will use their live data for personalizing messages across email, SMS, and mobile push. It is available for all organizations, no matter if they use MessageGears.
Further, it will allow marketers to use data to create different campaigns customized to specific audiences – exporting them to other third-party platforms. The company expects to remove data friction for the data-driven organizations – addressing the fundamental data access problems in their current marketing tech stack.
