Medallia, a global leader in experience management and a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has announced its plans to collaborate with Oracle CX Service to deliver a real-time assessment of what customers think and feel about customer service interactions with brands.
The Medallia Experience Cloud allows brands to understand which services are satisfying, effective, and driving customer loyalty, and also which services need improvement to boost customer retention.
The planned integration with Oracle CX Service will allow brands to proactively understand their customer’s experience via feedbacks from messaging, web surveys, video, and voice analytics after a customer service interaction.
