Lytho has announced a suite of new features for its creative workflow software platform. The resource management platform can be used by brands and creative teams to boost productivity and manage stakeholder expectations while preventing burnout.

“Small teams focused on basic internal creative needs have grown into full-fledged in-house agency,” says David Williams, Lytho’s Chief Product Officer. “This adds another layer of complexity: these teams must manage a greater number of stakeholders, projects, and assets. Additionally, they have a stronger need to demonstrate their worth and justify resource allocation.”

The programme provides brand leaders – as well as independent creatives – with tools for coordinating resources and work across what Lytho refers to as the PAWS framework.
