Customer service and digital engagement tools provider LiveVox has acquired speech analytics and quality assurance platform, SpeechIQ. The acquisition will allow LiveVox to strengthen its WFO application suite. SpeechIQ helps drive agent productivity, operational efficiency, and improved customer engagement in a contact center. 

The acquisition will enable both the companies to measure, monitor, and improve customer conversations across all channels while identifying the potential for operational efficiencies through analytics. The SpeechIQ acquisition will also help LiveVox’s posture on Compliant Communication, as the transaction couples the risk mitigation platform with an integrated speech analytics solution.
