Live Time enhancements launched by Omnipresence

Enterprise Life Science SaaS vendor Omnipresence Technologies, has announced the launch of updated Live Time virtual meetings. New Integrated Contact Center functionalities have been added to boost safer customer interaction. These virtual meetings can be connected directly from the Microsoft Teams platform as well.

The organization has added Edge analytics as well. This is a new measure that deploys simple slice-and-dice analytics in the architecture of end-user applications even on mobile phones. As it is a serverless and embedded functionality, it enhances the availability of better quality customer insights. Such a level of visibility was earlier possible only via highly complex server-based BI-platforms.
