The organization will utilize its dataset to develop highly precise recruit recommendations ground on similar industries and designations. Experts, however, point out that this semi-automation can lead to encouraging the pre-existing biases such as gender and racial driven.

The algorithm will be based on the hiring history of the organization. To tackle these issues, LinkedIn has launched the new update which aims to move past these biases. The latest updates have resulted in significantly better response rates and hiring numbers. The latest version has been christened Qualified Applicant (QA) AI model and works by learning the requirement based on past engagement with candidates.
