LinkedIn Announces Testing of “Stories Ads” in the Platform

LinkedIn has recently announced that it has rolled out an initial test of advertisements in its ‘stories’ feature. The platform introduced Stories for all users in September and now trialing “Stories Ads”. This will allow marketers to utilize a range of ad targeting tools available in the platform to hone in on certain audiences.

Businesses can now reach out to consumers with full-screen video as well as single-image ads. The company also noted that it has more than 600 activate campaigns of advertisers with positive performance in the views, clicks, and cost metrics.

As mentioned by LinkedIn, “Stories Ads can help brands grow their reach with our community of more than 722M members with video and image ads.”
