Kustomer raised $60M for its Omnichannel-based CRM

Kustomer- A CRM start-up has funded $60 million for its omnichannel-based CRM platform. It’s their 3rd fundraiser for the year- as it is continuing to double down on its new approach for managing customers digitally.

Some of the investors in the company include Coatue, Redpoint Ventures, Cisco Investments, and more. Kustomer works with various retailers and has seen the business grow over time with the proliferation of direct-to-consumer brands. Also, a new version of this CRM platform will be coming out soon.

CEO Brad Birnbaum said the valuation is now “definitely above $500 million”. He added, “we are the only company doing proper omnichannel, where you have a single-threaded conversation that allows you to converse with customers in any channel you support.”
