Acton Capital led a USD 12 million Series A round of equity funding for Klaus, the AI-powered customer service platform.

Former investors Icebreaker, Creandum, and Global Founders Capital joined the round. According to the business, Klaus’ core focus on the product and engineering teams will be sharpened by the new round of funding, which will also bring about new growth in sales and marketing.

Martin Kõiva, co-founder and CEO of Klaus, stated: “The Series A funding means the company can now scale the growth to the next level. The business plans to almost double the team in the following six months with the new funding.”
