By enrolling in the AWS Independent Software Vendors (ISV) Accelerate Program and making its debut in the AWS Marketplace, Khoros, a company that specializes in customer interaction software and services, has announced extended partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
For businesses who provide software solutions that operate on or interface with AWS, there is the AWS ISV Accelerate Program. The initiative enables Khoros to support a larger customer base and establish tight ties with the AWS Sales team. The AWS Marketplace, a digital directory that makes it simple for users to browse, test, purchase, and deploy software that runs on AWS, now offers the Khoros platform as well.
Khoros asserts to provide an omnichannel experience by supporting AWS services including Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Translate, and Amazon Transcribe
