J D Power, the data analytics company, announced that it had acquired Trilogy Automotive. Trilogy Automotive is the software division of Trilogy Enterprises. With this acquisition, both the companies are expecting to expand their capabilities to enable manufacturers to optimize retail lead management programs. The Trilogy employees will be soon integrated to J D Power’s Autodata Solutions department.

The SaaS-based enterprise lead management platform of the Trilogy will connect with J D Power’s OEM digital platform to maximize the efficiency of the digital marketing spend. J D Power hopes to establish a robust digital marketing platform to provide lead generation, lead operations, and other marketing services to OEMs, retailers, etc.
