Mosaicx, Intrado Corporation’s conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution, is now accessible on Google Cloud Marketplace, according to the technology-enabled services firm.
According to Intrado, putting this new inbound and outbound customer technology on Google Cloud Marketplace would make it easier for businesses to get the tools they need to give their consumers better conversational experiences.
Clients will be able to use Mosaicx solutions to their Google commitment. Mosaicx is a Google Cloud-based solution that has three parts: a proprietary communication gateway, a speech engine that uses Google’s Dialogflow models, and a proprietary orchestration framework.
