Speaky supports businesses by capturing and measuring client preferences and opinions expressed through short voice recordings left while ordering items. This voice-generated data is then archived and made available for study on demand.

The AI tool analyses in real time the ideas, recommendations, suggestions, and other useful insights that consumers share verbally and then provides real-time data to companies so they can act on that knowledge and better satisfy their customers’ needs.
