Instagram has recently added new tools to assist IGTV creators control how their content
comes into view – when it is listed in the main feed as well as in the discover tab. The new
add-ons include “Edit preview” and “Edit profile cover” options.
Instagram had already allowed users with a suite of exciting updates for IGTV enabling them to improve the display option in the ‘Discover’ tab. In its essence, it will now allow the creator to edit the preview image and the thumbnail displayed for IGTV clips.
The company believes with more IGTV efforts, users will find new reasons to focus on
posting consistently and making their presence on the platform.
