As a way to increase the potential for some creators to build their businesses on Instagram, Instagram has opened up access to a new feature that allows them to add multiple links to their IG bio.
It’s unclear at this time how many links users will be able to add formally, but the goal seems to be to negate the value of third-party apps like Linktree, which many Instagram users currently use to add more links to their app bios.
Insider claims that while Meta has acknowledged that it is testing the new multi-link option, it hasn’t given much information regarding the tool’s full functional specifications or when it will be released.
