Social media giant Instagram is testing a new FAQ option for users to quickly connect with businesses and creators. The new feature would allow brands to provide quick, tappable Q&A options within their direct feed when customers submit a query.
There is no word on a full rollout as of now, as it is in the stages of early testing.
At this stage, businesses can set up four questions that will be displayed in the initial message interaction, giving brands a quick and automated way to address common queries.
