Inria has announced Nemo.AI Common Lab, the French National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology, and InterDigital, Inc., a mobile and video technology research and development business.
This public-private cooperation aims to use Inria and InterDigital laboratories’ combined research expertise to encourage local engagement in new breakthroughs and global technological trends. The Nemo.AI Common Lab, which has received funding from both organizations as well as the French government, will hire local researchers, PhDs, post-doctoral students, engineers, and interns to work on priority topics, with InterDigital and Inria scientists and engineers serving as research mentors and tutors.
Participants will be able to attend scientific lectures, arrange public events, offer collaborative presentations, and more in both Inria and InterDigital labs where the Common Lab will be housed.
