InMoment and MaritzCX recently announce that they have agreed to merge to strengthen their customer experience capabilities. Maritz brings expertise in artificial intelligence to InMoment’s holistic experience intelligence platform. This agreement is uniquely positioned to offer agility on a global scale, with 1,500 employees across North America, Europe, and Asia – supporting more than 2,000 brands.
MaritzCX will function as MaritzCX – an InMoment company and Andrew Joiner will operate as the combined organization’s CEO. He expects that the combined offerings will “deliver truly unique value to our clients in their ongoing quest to win over customers.” He added, “I couldn’t be more excited about our future as we bring together these two amazing companies to redefine ‘what’s possible’ in our industry—meeting clients where they are today and innovating together to create the future.”
