In the event, Chief Product Officer, Chris O’Donnell, explained how sales representatives are spending more time updating the CRM records, than updating the records.

These new tools are an upgrade to the company’s existing Hub Enterprise. The enterprise-grade CRM tools enable users to create and store various forms of information unique to their businesses. These enhancements also allow sales representatives to remotely manage their tasks from any device and also have a new sales analytics tool at their disposal.
