Grab has announced its new B2B service called GrabMerchant, which focuses on helping small businesses to grow online.
GrabMerchant is a self-serve platform where the merchant-partners of Grab can purchase
supplies at wholesale rates. It also businesses to build their online stores on the app, setting up cashless payment options, and options to personalize ads. The platform also offers an in-depth insight tool where users can keep track of their operations, sales, customers’ behavior, and overall marketing performance.
This new service is part of Grab’s famous Small Business Booster Programme, which aims to aid small businesses to adapt to the evolving “new normal.”
