Google is showing product availability mark-up in its image search results. The preview of the images will display the price, description, and other relevant product data. It was first spotted by Hamburg-based digital marketing consultant, Frank Sandtmann. The feature was noticed in English, German, and Polish image search results.

This feature can help users to filter things at a glance for shopping, making it more actionable. For in-stock items, it is green and red for out-of-stock items, powered by product Schema mark-up. For e-Commerce brands, image optimization can become a more critical part of marketing.
