Google has announced that a new Core update for Search is on the way, which will alter the way some websites appear on search results pages. Google has not specified what is being updated, which is a security measure to prevent users from attempting to defraud the system.
The entire effects of the May 2022 core update, according to Google, will take a few weeks to fully spread out. Google has not offered any additional information, however, the update was notified via Twitter.
The search engine giant tweeted, “Google is putting a stronger focus on quality content, which is why we’ve noticed an uptick in traffic. We make core upgrades to improve Search in general and stay up with the evolving nature of the web.”
