Google has recently begun testing a brand-new rewarded advertising beta program for publishers to deliver long-form, playable ads to their players.

The Rewarded Ad Gate beta program will give publishers the option to monetize their most engaged users, according to WebmasterWorld.com. The site’s publishers will have a way to get more ad revenue if a user visits frequently. Each month, a visitor will see the Rewarded Ad Gate on their fifth page view. A video or image ad that the visitor selects to view will run for no more than 30 seconds.

The user won’t be able to access the website until their page views reset the following month or they decide to view the short advertisement if they opt not to view it.
