Google has recently announced that it is adding more options for businesses to highlight their updated service offerings. This will help the seller to understand better how they are catering to the evolving customer behaviors and needs amid the pandemic. The new options for listings will be available in the Google My Business profile – including options like service changes, pick-up, etc.
As per Google, searches for the curbside pick-up have developed worldwide by over 3,000% YOY. Even searches like “takeout restaurants” have risen by more than 5,000% within the same period.
Hence, it is now providing more tags that could be added to the business listings by companies to remain competitive.
