With two new enhancements to its ad campaign options aimed to further simplify the process, Google strives to enable more advertisers to use Custom Bidding and provide greater transparency over the process. 

Google Ads Custom Bidding is an automated bidding approach that allows advertisers to designate a value to a conversion or purchase, which Google’s system can subsequently optimize for its process. Custom Bidding, which is based on Google’s ever-evolving machine learning processes, can be a good approach to maximize campaign performance. However, due to coding elements, it has previously required some technical ability to deploy.
