Gartner: With concerns over generative AI growing, 20% of brands will go “acoustic”

According to the most recent projections from Gartner’s marketing practice, marketing chiefs are anticipated to increase their spending on talent with generative artificial intelligence (AI) specialization in order to get more value for their money.

According to the study, generative AI will play a larger role in the mandates of 80% of top creative roles by 2026 in order to achieve “differentiated results.” Because generative AI is positioned to increase productivity, creatives will bet on more strategic uses of the technology, such as product and service innovation.

By 2028, organic search traffic to brands will have decreased by 50% or more due to the rapidly developing field, which will negatively affect the ability to drive sales.
