Intellimedia Networks, Inc., California-based immersive solutions company, announced that Frontera Group, Inc., has acquired certain of its IP as part of its multi-part strategy to make additional acquisitions from Intellimedia’s suite of technology solutions.
Frontera Group now has access to a combination of media technology, learning platforms, and virtual event broadcasting capabilities, equipping the company with new and immersive technology-powered content for a diverse range of clients.
According to Frontera, the IP encompasses immersive technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and interactive experiences, which open up new methods to exploit information exchange.
