Freshworks Launches its New Improved CRM service

Customer and employee engagement company, Freshworks, has announced the launch of its newest product: Freshworks CRM. The new service, built on top of the new Freshworks Neo platform, aims to give sales and marketing teams the tools needed to get a better view of their customers — with some machine learning included for better predictions.

Freshworks  CRM  is a rebrand of the company’s Freshsales service, along with the company’s capabilities of its Freshmarketer marketing automation tool.

The goal of the improved CRM solution is to be able to provide teams with a complete view of their (potential) customers thanks to the unified view and aggregated data which the company’s Neo platform provides.
