Fobi AI Inc. reveals that Qples, the Company’s subsidiary, has transformed its annual contract agreement with Vericast. The contract will continue the previous two-year agreement. Fobi expects to generate revenue from this agreement by imposing a yearly licensing fee per campaign and a coupon fee.
The renewal agreement will boost the adoption of the 8112 universal standards through Vericast’s digital coupon solution. Vericast also launched a Universal Coupon solution with store-level redemption insights for precise consumer targeting and created a scalable reach path.
