Facebook had launched its Summer of Support business education program last month that offers an array of courses looking at how businesses can use Messenger, Facebook groups and more. This week, the social network has rolled out new and free courses that offer tips for strategic approach.
1. Paying it Forward – Carolyn Everson, Facebook’s VP of Global Marketing Solutions will talk about how businesses that can find ways to support their communities in times of crisis.
2. Connecting with customers via Messenger – This course will talk about different features from Messenger that can help in customer acquisition, driving awareness and build stronger customer relationships.
3. Build a Customer Community – Businesses can learn how to create a community of customers via Facebook Groups to build connections among people who share an interest in your business, products or services.
