Facebook seems to be testing the new option that would display Stories replies within the Story frame itself. This will add a whole new approach to engage with Stories content in the platform. As of now, there is only a single “Send message” tab at the bottom of the Stories layout, besides the Reactions.
This format splits the response options with a public ‘Comment’ to leave a remark which would be shown on the frame. Besides, there is also a ‘Message’ prompt for private replies.
It was first observed and posted by Renz Bernardo. The screenshots also show that there is a note mentioning, “Comments on this story are visible to the public.”
