Facebook published a news report, ‘Evolving Customer Experience’ that depicts consumer habits and the new key trends, recently. The report talks about the shift in customer purchase products, mobile usage, the rise of the creator economy, and the data privacy concerns.

In their statement, Facebook mentioned that 92 percent of consumers will continue reflecting the recent change in behaviour even in the long term.
