Facebook Launches Its New Care _ Reactions

Facebook has recently announced that it is now introducing its new ‘Care’ Reactions. The social media giant has been testing the same in late March and now launched it for both Facebook and MessengerApp. This is in regard to provide a quick response for the COVID-19 related posts.

Facebook – Ad Rates Go Down as Demand Sinks Due to Coronavirus

The ‘Care’ Reaction depicts a smiley face-hugging a heart. On the Messenger app, users can change the existing ‘Heart’ response into a new animation. Fidji Simo, Head of Facebook App, said it was the emotion that was missing in the Reaction set. She mentioned, “With the crisis that we’re going through right now, there’s no doubt that people need more compassion, more support.”
