Facebook Introduces Tools to Enable Users to Report Violations

Facebook

Facebook has recently announced that it follows YouTube’s format to allow content creators to claim their rights to content when shared by other Pages. It is coming up with new updates within its brand safety and intellectual property options.

On brand safety, the platform is expanding its processes that will enable content rights holders to earn revenue out of their content on Facebook – even when another page is publishing it.

As explained by the social media giant, “Copyright owners can opt to claim and collect ad earnings on copyrighted content that is published by pages that meet our Community Standards and our partner monetization policies, and their content meets our content monetization policies.”
