Facebook marked it as “partly false” and restricting the ability to spread on its platform. The viral clip was edited in such a way that made it sound like Biden is endorsing Donald Trump. A spokesperson from Facebook told TechCrunch, “Fact-checkers rated this video as partly false, so we are reducing its distribution and showing warning labels with more context for people who see it, try to share it, or already have.”
