Facebook is in the process of rolling out its new Messenger Rooms video chat feature to all its users. In that the interim period, the social media giant has recently announced that the Messenger Rooms will also be available in Facebook groups and events.

It will provide an effective engagement option for the smaller audience subsets. Users can host video chats for up to 50 people at a time.
The company said that the group admins and members could create dedicated “Group Rooms” from the Groups composer option. Besides, the group admins will still have the authority to the ability to delete any video chat room if they find it inappropriate for the communities.
