With the acquisition, Events.com will be able to offer its present and potential clients the tools and expertise needed to locate, market, and manage sponsors, in-kind partners, vendors, and expo sales. The acquisition will broaden Events.com’s emphasis on customer-driven revenue growth fueled by sponsorships.
Additionally, it will provide educational services, automated sponsorship matching, sponsorship consultation, and sales and management software for events of all sizes.
