Episerv has acquired Idio, a predictive analytics solution that helps companies deliver personalized content experiences. The acquisition will help Episerv enhance its existing predictive analytics capabilities. The digital experience platform will help Idio’s ability to automatically index, analyze, and categorize unstructured content data into a structured content hub.

As a result of the acquisition, Idio will remain a subsidiary of Episerver with the full Idio team joining Episerver. Idio Co-founder and CEO Edward Barrow will continue to lead Idio.
