The AI-powered personalization platform, Dynamic Yield has announced the launch of its Identified Offline Purchase Data Ingestion solution. For a personalized shopping experience, its algorithm aligns with information with online identities. This will allow brands to import purchases done offline, match the records with online identities, and also enrich the customer profiles.
There is no Correlation Between Online and Offline Consumer Conversations
The new solution is available in addition to the platform’s Data Loader feature – which already let users to onboard CRM data, content feeds, PII user data, and more. As a part of investment in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, Dynamic Yield also plans to increase its product offerings spanning the marketing stack.
