Dun & Bradstreet acquires Eyeota

Dun & Bradstreet Holdings have entered into specific agreements to acquire Singapore-based data conversion company, Eyeota, as well as US-based NetWise, a B2B marketing specialist.

The company has said the acquisition will expand its position in the B2B online market value chain and build on its Audience Solutions business by adding a world-class standard. Discovery will make it easier for advertisers to integrate offline and online data to enable marketing and personalized B2B marketing, Dun & Bradstreet said.

Dun & Bradstreet will provide clients with the ability to integrate professional communication data with consumer data to obtain high digital identities, as well as an international ecosystem for digital activation platforms and global data, according to Dun & Bradstreet.

Eyeota’s work is in the process of closing, and NetWise’s performance is expected to close next month, subject to normal closure conditions. The financial details of the transaction will be revealed in due course, the company said.
